"What can I say? You guys were awesome. Like Die Hard (1988) awesome. The whole experience from beginning to end. We ended up buying the 2010 Pontiac Vibe, and I love it. We had a terrible experience at a local dealership before we found you. I don't want to give their name away but it rhymes with "Bernie Con Maydorn" Main Street in Menomonee Falls. I've worked in CSR and Sales before. I understand what it means to sell... but not these guys. They were pushy, rude, and too old school. They treated my wife and I like we were morons. The owner, Mr. "Bernie Con Maydorn" actually gave me the line "[...] this is the best car we have on the lot!" I had to restrain myself from laughing in his face.

Anyways, this email isn't about that cesspit of despair... This is about you guys. Let's start out with Sue... She was the first to respond to me when I was inquiring about the Vibe. I knew the car I wanted and I knew what my max was. Sue was straight forward, friendly, and super helpful... and this was just from our email conversations. We drove almost two hours to get to Portage, but it was totally worth it. Sue was waiting for us by the door... If it hadn't been 15 degrees that morning, I imagine she would have been waiting outside for us.

We got inside and were immediately treated family. Bottle water, soda, donuts... I'm sure I would have received a big screen TV playing nothing but Star Wars if I had asked for it. It didn't take long before we were on the road test driving the Vibe. Sue was warm, kind, and a blast to hang out with on a test drive. I know trading in, pre approval, all that stuff takes a bit... but honestly, because everyone was professional and nice, time flew by. Sue sent us home with some drinks, some kind words, and before we knew it, we were on our way home with a new car. It was a good feeling.

Let's not forget Charlene. She was spunky and fun. She laughed at my stupid jokes and I have never had a better time talking about money. All the other times I just cry in a corner and scream "Why do I have to pay for things?!" She was straight forward with the extended warranty and got us a good monthly payment. Again, couldn't have asked for better service.

Then there was you Bob, we didn't see much of you, which is understandable, you're the sales manager. But every time I did see you, you were friendly, straight forward, and professional. I feel like I got a fair trade in for my car and I really hope it works out for you.

On the way home that day, we stated that the next time we need another car, we're looking at Trecek first. We will recommend you up and down. Our friends thought we were crazy to drive up to Portage for a car... How we were treated from that initial email, to when we drove off the lot,.. You're professional attitude and quality customer service proved their ignorance.
